Sinan began his journey in the general insurance industry in 2004 and has built a strong reputation over the past two decades for his customer-first approach and unwavering business ethics. His dedication to delivering tailored insurance solutions has earned him the trust of clients across a wide range of industries.

In July 2025, Sinan became the owner and director of the business, bringing his leadership and deep industry expertise to the forefront of its continued growth and success.

Sinan specialises in Property, Liability, and Construction insurance, along with other major classes. He is also fluent in Arabic, enabling him to effectively support a broader and more diverse client base.

Outside of work, Sinan enjoys motorsports, camping, and travelling.

Nicole has been a valued member of our team since 2019. Over the years, she has gained solid experience in personal insurance, particularly in home and motor policies, and has recently embarked on her journey into commercial insurance.

Nicole is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. She leaves no stone unturned—carefully identifying client risk exposures, recommending the right coverage, and ensuring claims are handled efficiently and professionally. Her thorough approach ensures our clients’ insurance policies are accurate, up to date, and aligned with their needs.

 

Nicole holds a Certificate IV in General Insurance and is Tier 1 Accredited, enabling her to support both domestic and commercial insurance requirements with confidence and care.

Account Executive

Ela has worked in the insurance industry for over ten years, bringing a strong focus on results, client care, and informed decision-making. She is committed to thoroughly assessing each client’s unique circumstances to provide tailored advice and effective risk management strategies.

 

With a thoughtful and analytical approach, Ela assists clients in identifying and managing their risk exposures, ensuring they are well-informed and protected.

Ela holds a Certificate III in Financial Services, a Diploma in Insurance Broking (Tier 1), and a Certificate IV in Insurance Broking (Tier 2), equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

 

Outside of work, Ela enjoys travelling, spending time at the beach, following NRL rugby, and making memories with her family.
